Perform reachability studies and identify collisions during program execution to determine whether a process is feasible before any capital equipment is deployed. Realistic dynamic behaviour such as error in path following, overshoot and damping are also simulated.

Visualise and Optimise the Workcell
Quickly build and layout the robotic workcell by using tools to create kinematic devices, as well as common workcell components such as grippers, conveyors and rotary tables. Robots can then be automatically placed in a location which minimizes cycle time.

Accurately Determine Cycle Times
Accurate forward and inverse kinematics of each virtual robot is automatically calculated according to manufacturer specifications. The Realistic Robot Simulation (RRS) interface industry standard is also supported, which typically increases cycle time and kinematic accuracy to within 1-3%.
