Overview
AC&E Ltd offers a a range of powerful manufacturing simulation software products. Our robust, field-tested software is used to assist the manufacturing process by preparing programs (off-line programming) or by using our special machine-connectivity to verify programs before committing to run them on the real machines.
Our areas of expertise include robotics and kinematic device simulation, CNC verification, and CMM verification, although there are many examples which combine these technologies to produce a bespoke manufacturing simulation solution.
Hub strategy for Manufacturing Simulation
Our simulation philosophy is based on applying closely coupled specialist modules, designed to handle specific tasks and readily integrated within a larger simulation environment. This ‘Hub’ approach allows us to fully integrate a device/machine/robot simulation and programming solution offering superior performance in accuracy and ease-of-use over alternative large and inflexible, generalised factory simulation systems.
We offer two types of Hub:
E-Hub (Engineering Hub) comprises a suite of modular packages that enable new and experienced users to use simulation and add functionality as their needs, experience and understanding advances.
D-Hub (Design Hub) gives you easy access to CAD data from more than one system, in a visual environment, allowing you to work with data from more than one system if required.
